At my new job, I was told RADIUS hasn't functioned for over a year. I wiped the RADIUS server settings and started from scratch. I'm happy to say, after going thru every cisco device, ALMOST all devices now login via RADIUS flawlessly. There are two devices remaining that refuse to "work and play well with others".
Both of these devices prompt for credentials in an unusual manner. Username is normal, with a mere USERNAME:.
But password is prompted with "<USERNAME>@<IP_ADDRESS>'s password:"
What causes these devices to ask for the password in such a manner and what can I do to set it to the normal procedure?

Thanks for asking about the AAA Server. Once I checked that (and corrected the settings) everything fell into place.
