Hello everyone,

I have a cisco switch/router, snmp is enabled. Lets say I have more than one device connected on a single interface, they all have their own IP addresses (primary IP + secondary IP addresses). Can I track snmp by particular IP address because I cant enable snmp on devices connected to cisco?

Hi Dejan,

How are you...

Yes you can monitor if you have enabled secondary ip address for any of your L3 interface, it will be reflected under DFM > device details > Interface > Make it as True if you want to monitor via snmp, or else make it as false for not to monitor.

Assuming that if you have one Trunk port, even that also can be monitored under DFM > device details > port.

regards
