My LMS version is 3.0.1 (Windows version). From Fault history, I can see that there are 2 event ID. 00011LI (cleared) and 00011LF (active). The problem is my customer receive notification email (twice) about active status. How to make it so my customer only receive one notification email? First email with event ID, and the second email without event ID

It would help to see a screenshot showing your Notification Group configuration as well as a sample of the duplicate emails.

This is what I thought. If you uncheck the boxes under Alert Severity and Alert Status, this problem will go away. Typically, users only care about getting emails for events anyway.
