Receive Power Sensor

hello everyone,

my name is william, and am a newbie well i have been using PRTG to monitor my network and i have noticed this error

-1.80 dBm (Gi1/0/25 Receive Power Sensor) is above the warning limit of -3.10 dBm in Gi1/0/25 Receive Power Sensor — -2.10 dBm (Gi1/0/26 Receive Power Sensor) is above the warning limit of -7.10 dBm in Gi1/0/26 Receive Power Sensor

can anyone give me insights on Rx power sensors and Tx power sensors? and how they can impact the perfomance of my network? and what should i do to resolve this error? thanks

 - These could be false alarms check the logs for the involved switches; look for similar messages , if any. Compare to direct measurements for db signal strength with info found in example links such as  :
