Record/Log Configuration Changes - SF/SG series switches

Hello all.

Is there any way to record when changes are made to a SF/SG series switch? Inclusive of time of change and the user who made the change. I'm aware of the archive method of getting it done on IOS but that doesn't work for these. Also, I don't have a TACACS+ server. Thank you for any assistance you can offer.

Hi you could use a couple of options, such as:

  1. AAA with TACACS+ or Radius Server,
  2. SYSLOG event (for instance "SYS-5-CONFIG*")
  3. CISCO-CONFIG-MAN-MIB ccmCLIRunningConfigChanged SNMP trap or ccmHistoryEventTable SNMP table polling
