I apologize. I was initially pinging in the same subnet. I was able to duplicate your problem and the fix action is that you need to add a gateway on all the PCs.
I added the gateway to PC0 and PC4 and was able to generate icmp traffic throughout the network.

Hello, So I was able to get pings working without any modifications to configurations. Is there more to the issues that you are facing?
Which PC's are failing to respond to ping?

Hello,
since I was working on your file, I might as well post what I have come up with. In order to avoid forgetting or misconfiguring PC addresses and gateways, it is usually a good idea to use DHCP servers. You can use the IOS routers for that. I have configured DHCP pools for all LAN networks on all routers (make sure the corresponding access ports on the switches are configured with 'spanning-tree portfast' in order to avoid DHCP timeouts on the clients).
Attached the revised file.
