reset database LMS 4

is resetting the databses in LMS 4 the same way as in LMS 3.x ?

Yes.  See this document on how to reinitialize the databases in LMS 3.x and 4.0.  The opsxml dsn does not exist in 4.0, but the other steps are exactly the same.
