resurface RV110W quick VPN cannot connect question

Hello experts,

I have same question as marko-mbmb asked back to Aug 16, 2013 and I have seen reply from Johnnatan Rodriguez Miranda.
Cisco Network Support Engineer and there are two  link whichI tried to open but I am denied to access those info, I wonder anyone can help me out otherwise my new bought RV110W has to go to garbage.
