RME 3.5 Image import support for 3750 switches

Hi all,

I am having difficulties in importing image from 3750 switches and from CCO using RME's software management – add image import feature. When I try importing image from a 3750 on the network, I get this message "Image import operation not supported".

When I try to import image from CCO through add image feature of Software management, I get this message ".bin image Not Supported for 3750."

Currently running LMS 2.2 on Windows 2000

- RME 3.5IDU 12

- CM 3.3 IDU 11

Any help is greatly appreciated.

The work-around is to download the image manually and put it on your server

Then, import from the filesystem

See if that works

I tried that but I still get "bin images are not supported for 3750 devices"!

I believe support for the .bin imgaes was added to RME 4.0

RME 3.5 can only handle the .tar images for these device types
