RME 4.3.1 not showing EoX or PSIRT Reports

i ran some reports (EoX/PSIRT) from the rme report generator and the job finished successful

but the reports are empty, for both EoX and PSIRT

we have catalyst switche 3560,4500,6500

at least our 6506 chassis should be in the EoX report...

the cisco lms has direct connection to the internet and the data fetched form cisco is up to date

any known bugs?

thank you for that reply, i'm now able to performe EoX Reports for

software but still no reports for hardware

i'm 100% shure that we have EoX Hardware (eg. 650x Chassis)

The regular (non-E) 6500 chassis are end of sale, and the current data file contains those sysObjectIDs.  What are the sysObjectIDs of your 6500s?
