RME config archive collection status failed

I can use the logon account to telnet/ssh to the device, but why does the log says it could not detect telnet/ssh?

RME cannot connect to the device using the credentials in DCR.  Export the credentials from Common Services > Device and Credentials > Device Management, and verify you can connect to the device and become enabled using those credentials.  If you can, then start a sniffer trace filtering on all telnet traffic to the device in question, and run a new sync archive job.  When it fails, post the capture file.
