RME - Deploying a config

A switch has failed on the network. When it is replaced, is it possible to download the config to the new device using config editor? Presumably the device only requires basic IP connectivity to be able to do this. However, when trying to set up a job to download the config, I get a error - CEDT0031: No command is available to download for the device *****. Remove the device from job and try again.

Does anyone know what this error is and how to fix it?

You will need a RW SNMP community string at least to do the deploy. You should also choose the Merge option in Config Editor, as this will deploy the entire config down to the device. See :
