RME fail to start

I'm working under CiscoWorks LMS 3.2 and sometime, after a long period of inactivity on RME, I can't access it.

When I log out then log in again on LMS, the authentication is successful but I can't access RME while there is no problem to access CS (for example)

I must go on my server and restart the services to access RME again.

Is this a known problem ? Is there a solution to that issue ?

Hi,

As per my understanding the problem that you might be facing is because of PORT being used different service other than cisco works.

This is the resaon onec you restart the server Ports get free and RME start working again.

Is there any other application being Installed on the server ?

below are the list of ports that is used by cisco works.

Make sure to Exclude the CSCOpx folder being scanned by ANTI-Virus if Installed on the server.

Also make sure you have Enough free space avaible on the server.

To verify this you can disable all the other application running on  the server for a while and I hope the issue will not occur.
