hi, I've got a few RSAC which won't un-subscribe from RME, no matter what I do.
only some of them though, others are fine. can add/remove new ones w/o trouble.
anyone seen this before?
(LMS v3.1/windows)
ideas on what magical incantation to perform to get rid of them are appreciated.
thanks,
Rob.
note: sorry no, "fdisk" is not considered magical ;-) but I am willing to blow away all the RSAC entries if need be, just can't seem to figure out a way to do that from the GUI or CLI.

I haven't seen this problem before, and it doesn't really make sense that only some will not unsubscribe. You may find some errors in the SyslogAnalyzerUI.log. You can always force a clean slate by shutting down SyslogAnalyzer, then removing NMSROOT/MDC/tomcat/webapps/rme/WEB-INF/classes/com/cisco/nm/rmeng/sa/data/collectors.dat. Then restart SyslogAnalyzer, and resubscribe the collectors you want.

collectors.dat, eh?
that'll do it, thanks.
if I see anything useful present in the pre-funeral ~UI.log I'll post it for follow-up.
