Hello. Is there a CISCO 2901 Router graphical interface I can use? I need to admin the router, 2 switches and VOIP phones (such as change voice mail passwords and change names assigned to phone number).

There are a couple of free cisco products you can use.
For the router, download and install Cisco Configuration Professional.
https://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=281795035&softwareid=282159854&release=2.8
Make sure you get the file cisco-config-pro-k9-pkg-2_8-en.zip as it is the full PC-based version.
For the switches, depending on the model, they may have a built-in web GUI or you may be alternatively able to use Cisco Network Assistant.

If the VoIP phones are Cisco, they would be configured from Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM - formerly known as Call Manager).
