Routing managment of the network

I have the sub net 192.168.7.0 that contains 4 routers the .1 ,.2. ,.6 ,.251 connected on a switch.

The 1 2 and 6 are backup roots (with the 1 as main) and the 251 is the bridge(firewall). So i have the 1 2 6 connected with the above routers with bgp protocol. All of them can communicate just fine and the priorities are perfectly set. Now i want the .251 to have the ability to communicate with the above routes (network provider ones) (that are connected to the 1, 2, and 6) e.g. sub 10.11.9.0, without bgp connection. (the 251 is going to be replaced by an firewall so i want to find a static way to achieve that communications). The router as it is by now has only the ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 192.168.7.1 to communicate with the other routes but if the 7.1 router dies or interface shutdown the net falls so i need an solution..
