RV340 DHCP Intermittent Issue

Hi!  I am having issues with a new Router.  I have the DHCP Configured on VLAN 1 for 192.168.1.100-3.254 and VLAN 2 10.1.1.10-254.  Both of these VLANs can receive IPs, but only do so intermittently.  Using dhcptest, a little windows tool, I get maybe a 50% resonse rate to DHCP Requests, and similar on all ipconfig /refresh requests.  I get 100% ping resonse to the router and 150Mbits through, so I don't know why it isn't responding to requests.  What is the best diagnostic data I can capture?

 - Enable logging as per document-info below; make sure system-logs are enabled ; then look for dhcp requests during your test-times and check how they are handled and or if they are being responded too :

Here is a log of a few requests.  I notice that in 2 instances, DHCPDISCOVER and DHCPOFFER aren't run.

 - Look for current software version being installed, possibly upgrade to a more recent software release for the RV430 and try again.

Re-Installed latest firmware, here is the log:
