SDM and CCA

Hi.

I have a 2800 router with IOS Version 12.4(9), when I try log in my router with SDM i complicates Sign do it, but also this error appear with the Cisco Configuring Assistant.( I need to put my password 3 times)

when I login in the SDM or CCA, the application doesn't allow me to make any changes in my router

what version of CCA do you have ?

what is the exact error in CCA ?

Which feature in CCA are you trying to use to make changes on 2800 router ?

Do you mean the GUI is grayed out and you cannot edit the parameters ?

the cca version is 1.1(1)

In cca I can't login, when i assign the ip address i can't login on router.

I don't know if the router have some error with the autenthication on HTTP or some protocol.

if you are not able to log into the device this could be http authentication issue. you could try from a browser and see what is needed in order to be able to issue htp commands like http:///exec/show/version/CR - the credentials that will allow you to successfully issue that command from a browser should also work with CCA

2800 series routers are NOT SUPPORTED in CCA 1.1(1)
