I have many Cisco 878 Routers in my company (about 80). I couldn't start to run the SDM. it is new version. I had started and used it some months ago. But now I couldn't. SDM opens but nothing can be seen. Only the start page of SDM and no information filled in. What migth be the problem? Like a picture, you cannot click anything. It is like a picture. I think it locks up.

Hi,

Can you let us know if you see any messages in the Java console.

If you are using IE, you can click Tool->Sun Java Console to see the java console messages.

Thanks,

Ravikumar

Hi,

Please let me know the version of SDM you are using? Is it 2.2a? 2.1?

Also please can you send the output of "show version" and "show running-config" of the router in which you are facing this issue?

Thanks,

Ravikumar

Hi,

My SDM version is 2.2.

Output of the configuration and version is in the attachment.

Thanks...

I tried to reproduce in a similar setup but couldn't. Can you get the latest SDM 2.3 available in CCO , install it in router and see if you still this problem?

I have exp. similar problem... And solved it. When your regional settings > standards and formats is not set to English then you can not manage SDM and SDM express. You can only see a blank picture... Just Make sure that From regional options make the starnards and formats English selected....
