I imported my router and switch data into CW many months ago. I just went in to run a H/W report to compare to my smartnet contract. All of the SN's for my routers have changed to resemble the serial number series of my switches (at least the first 4 digits match many of my switches). However, the exact serial numbers on the routers DO NOT match the switch serial numbers. Also, the router serial number fields have another number in the field in parenthesis such as "FOC072915J5 (2148656442)" Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks!

not sure if this is the problem. The S/N reported on the router (snmp) typically is not the actual chassis S/N. SmartNets usually use the chassis S/N. You can change the S/N reported using;
snmp-server chassis-id "xxx"
