Does anyone know where to find the serial nos for ....

Prime LMS

Prime Infrastructure

ACS

If so can you let me know

HI Steve,

The serial number (PIN/PAK) should be on the box in which LMS was shipped.  It is not recorded electronically within LMS.

or

look inside the license file  .lic 

-the PAK is the serial

For prime infrastructure :

Go to ADMIN > licensing

For ACS , I need to look

For ACS:

Cisco usually locate the serial number in at least one of
the following places:
1-On the chassis it self
2-On label on the box the appliance shipped in from Cisco
3-You can locate it through one of outputs from the device (in The ACS SE
situation S/N do not exist in outputs commands)
4-You can found it on the sales order of this appliance (contact your
network administrator regarding that)
