Server based telnet in RME

Is there a way to initiate telnet sessions from the remote RME server against the devices?

I have several CW installations (LMS2.5 on W2003) where the CW servers are behind FW's. If I open device center and do a telnet this will initiate a session from my client computer against the devices, and this is not allowed.

I would like to have a way of starting a telnet session where the telnet session is initiated from the RME server against the devices. In other ways there is a server applet neeeded so I can use the RME server as a stepping stone to reach the devices.

Does anyone know of such solution already?

There is nothing in LMS that does this. However, there are many Java-based telnet applets out there (e.g. JTA from http://javassh.org/space/start). You could install these on another management server (or on the CiscoWorks server itself under a different web server) then register the link on the CiscoWorks homepage.
