show int count err OID

I'd like to graph the output of the sho int count err command with an snmp tool. Does anyone know the specific OIDs for the output of that command?

I did look through that doc but the errors I'm looking to graph are FCS and Symbol errors. I don't seem to find them in standard MIBII MIB. Device is a 7604.
