Slow speed with connect VPN

use a Cisco MR42 with Any connect installed. I have a 50 Mbps Internet Feed, and when i connect to Any connect VPN, my speed is limited to around 2 Mbps.

How to fix this issue?

if this full VPN tunnel, then all the traffic go via main hub, if you like to use local internet not related to work, then you need to setup split tunnel.
