You can disable the generation of SNMP traps when the Virtual interface comes up and goes down by giving the following commands in the dialer interface or the virtual interface."no snmp trap link-status". This commmand will disable the "link up/ link down" trap generated on the dialer or virtual interface.For more information on this command have a look at the following URL.
