SNMP Configuration Issue

BTilford
Level 1
Level 1

Hello, all.  Running into an issue on a handful of routers (running IOS XE 16.09.08).

Startup config has the following:

snmp-server group PSB_V3Group v3 priv read PSBV3Read access 6
snmp-server view PSBV3Read iso included
snmp-server view PSBV3Read internet included
snmp-server view PSBV3Write iso included
snmp-server view PSBV3Write internet included

But after boot the first line shows up in running config as:

snmp-server group PSB_V3Group v3 priv

At that point, we fail to connect via SNMP, and I have to apply the full snmp-server group line again, at which point it sticks, shows correctly in running, and it works fine.  But after any subsequent reboot it reverts to the above, even though startup config still shows correctly.

Suggestions?
