SNMP for CPU on linecards

I cann't to find SNMP OIDs for CPU on linecards for platforms Cisco 12000 and Cisco 7507. Is it possible to use SNMP for finding of load of CPU on linecards? Thank you.

You might want to look at:

cpmCPUTotalTable .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.109.1.1.1

You will notice that the values are indexed, with each index representing one cpu from the device (cards)
