SNMP MAC (0000:0000:0000) iOS version (12.4) and onwards

I have multi-vendor Routers in my network. I want to monitor them on a NMS. The problem is every device is getting pooled on the NMS except the Cisco Routers with iOS version 12.4 and onwards. Cisco Routers with version 12.3 and 12.2 are integrating with ease.

Now when I add a Cisco Device with version (12.4)+ on the NMS it gives me perfect data about CPU-Usage/Memory Usage and all the other necessary info except the MAC Address. The MAC address the NMS fetch from these devices are (0000:0000:0000).

I downgraded one of the Cisco Router from version 12.4 to 12.3 and it started working perfectly.

So what is the problem with iOS 12.4 and onwards version that it is not sending MAC address to the NMS. OR am i missing something ??

NMS server could be mapping the wrong OID.

1.3.6.1.2.1.17.1.1 > dot1dBaseBridgeAddress

These are the SNMP get-request and get-response packet.
