SNMP - queues for QoS OID

I use cbQosCMPrePolicyBitRate (1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.166.1.15.1.1.7) OID for pooling QoS data over SNMP:

SNMP walk show (for example) the following:

SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.9.9.166.1.15.1.1.7.1061.1063 = Gauge32: 0

How should I know which queue for QoS is this and what the values 1061.1063 are menaning?

Are they defining the queue?

Just to mention that I have already used the Cisco OID translater but did not find this information.
