SNMP trap relay

Hi,

does anybody know if Cisco routers are able to perform SNMP trap relay? In other words, is it possible to collect on a Cisco router SNMP traps coming from other Cisco routers and then send them to a Central Manager, with source IP address equal to the collector router's management address?
