SNTC Portal - Cisco inventory - Need clarifications.

HI Team,

I am using the SNTC portal to capture the EOS information of Cisco Hardware devices  In this unable to get the EOS information's of software Image to respective Hardware devices. Based on we have below queries. Kindly check and update.

1. Software Version EOS information is not listed in inventory report as like Hardware EOS. Kindy suggest that how to get the SW EOS information's

2.In SW alerts Column, showing some numbers 1 / 2, What is this. and can i get EOS information from this.

There is a separate report you can generate to get the software details. You will get the required information there.
