SSH fails with lms 3.0

I got LMS 3.0 installed and ssh fails with the CiscoWorks LMS while ssh with putty works fine. LMS is in non-ACS mode.

As such inventory collection fails, with telnet set as transport settings authentication fails but credentials are ok.

Had someone had this type of problem

Inventory collection only uses SNMP, so telnet/SSH is not a factor. If it is really inventory collection that is failing, please post the IC_Server.log.
