Stopped while upgrading Prime Infrastructure from 3.5 to 3.7

There is can't new SSH connection or GUI connection.

I do not believe that take that long, is this VM or Appliance. is this sindle to HA ?

Appliance equipment, HA is not configured yet. It's been 9 hours now.
I wonder if I have to reboot and install it from scratch.
