strange CiscoView presentation

I'm looking at a Catalyst 3560 and see the colored ports and to each port a corresponding LED.

Some ports show up "green" and their LED "red", some show up "red" and their LED "green" but most are equal. Can anyone explain me what a red LED on the 3560 means?

Check the color legend for this device. Red usually means the port is in a failed (oper down/admin up) state (e.g. no link detected). A red LED with a green port state could indicate excessive errors or some other problem with the port. A show int for those ports may shed some light on the problem.
