This error fill my log server and I can’t find what kind of error is this.

Hi Peter,
The error message is associated with reading HWIC card on slot 0
NAME: "4 Port GE POE EHWIC Switch on Slot 0 SubSlot 0", DESCR: "4 Port GE POE EHWIC Switch"
PID: EHWIC-4ESG-P , VID: V01 , SN: XXXXXXXXXXX
Try to RESEAT the HWIC card , hope it fix the issue .
If not raise a cases to RMA the card.

Then RMA is required for the card, this is most likely a hardware failure
