Supervisor 720 in 6509 switch is in Minfail mode. Can someone please help me find a solution for this? Should I reseat the module? Or should I replace it? It is running Version 12.2(18)SXF13. Show diagnostic module command does not work.

Try checking the environment sensors (sh environment temp).  Perhaps something has restricted airflow and is getting to hot.  Yes I would also try re-seating the card.  Can you leave it out of the chassis for 10 minutes (it case it is a temperature issue, so it can cool)?

Yes there was a A/C problem in the room. We did not have to re-seat the card - fixing the A/C resolved it. Thank you Philip.
