suspect BUG in Ciscowork voice manager2.3??HELP!!!!!!!!!!

hi...

we are getting data for "dialCtlPeerCallInformation" and "dialCtlPeerCallSetup",only from one router 3661 among a group of routers...all the routers are added to the cvm in the similar fashion...

IOS (tm) 3600 Software (C3660-IS-M), Version 12.2(19)

System image file is "flash:c3660-is-mz.122-19.bin"

3660 Chassis type: ENTERPRISE from this router we are getting above said trap responses..

from the following router models we are not getting

'dialCtlPeerCallInformation and DialCtilPeerCallSetup" traps...

C1700 Software (C1700-IPVOICE-M), Version 12.3(7)XR3, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2)

System image file is "flash:c1700-ipvoice-mz.123-7.XR3.bin"

IOS (tm) 3600 Software (C3640-IK8S-M), Version 12.2(19)System image file is "flash:c3640-ik8s-mz.122-19.bin"

IOS (tm) C2600 Software (C2600-IO3S56I-M), Version 12.1(3)T, System image file is "flash:c2600-io3s56i-mz.121-3.T.bin"

IOS (tm) C2600 Software (C2600-IO3S56I-M), Version 12.1(3)T,System image file is "flash:c2600-io3s56i-mz.121-3.T.bin" cisco 2610 (MPC860) processor

IOS (tm) C1700 Software (C1700-SV3Y-M), Version 12.2(8)T,System image file is "flash:c1700-sv3y-mz.122-8.T.bin" cisco 1750 (MPC860T) processor

why this happens so???according to the cisco documentation all these routers are meeting the IOS requirements!!!!!!!

is this any bug in cvm/client router ios???

anybody please help in these things...??

Check if the configuration on the routers are correct. Is it the problems with the SNMP traps alone? Are the calls happening from and to the routers on which you are not seeing the traps.

thanks a lot for ur reply....

as far as the configuration part is concerned we have to pre-configure only snmp-server community RO,RW strings and telnet session timeout parameters...other snmp/trap related configurations are written into the routers by the cvm server itself...

and calls are actually taking place across the sites..users are able to make the calls...only thing they are not getting registered in the cvm server...only a 3661 router is generating traps for dial information...

welcomes all kind of suggestions from ur side...
