If it's a newer 3750X you can use tftp. Reference:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/docs/switches/lan/catalyst3750x_3560x/software/release/15.0_2_se/configuration/guide/swtrbl.html#wp1099467

The older ones limit you to xmodem, although you can bump up the default baud rate from 9600 to 115200 bps to help some.

Here's an external link stepping you through how to do it:

What "exact" model is your 3750?

Is it a 3750E or "X"?

3750 X

Oh cool.  You just made things alot easier.

The 3750E/X has a USB port.  You can boot your 3750X by using a supported USB stick.

Before you load the BIN file into the USB stick, make sure you format the USB stick with FAT16.

Next, copy the IOS BIN file into the stick.

The command to instruct the 3750X to load the IOS from the USB stick is this:

1.  flash_init;

2.  boot usbflash0:IOS.BIN

WARNING:  NOT ALL USB stick are supported.  So make sure you have a few of them nearby.  Also, you can use USB stick with sizes up to 8 Gb.

Marvin,
Can I use FTP server instead TFTP server when I am installing via management interface?

Sorry, no ftp for file transfer into rommon.

Sorry my earlier link was the partner site copy of the documentation. It's available on a customer page here:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/customer/docs/switches/lan/catalyst3750x_3560x/software/release/15.0_2_se/configuration/guide/swtrbl.html#wp1099467

Since you need to be in front of the switch in any case, Leo's suggestion of using a USB stick seems to make the most sense.
