Hello,

I tried to reset 1copper + 1 fiber switch. (Cisco 3750X series)

Those are stacked, but after I reset the switches, I got stacking issue.

It seems that copper switch booted fine, but not sure for the fiber switch.

When I connect to serial port, I can't configure with Cisco CLI.

Furthermore, I can't find the flash file.

Normally, it requires bin file, isn't it? (like c3750-ipbasek9-mz.122-55.SE10.bin)

Did I blow up flash file during reset?

I'm not sure my stacking issue cause from the fiber switch issue or not.

Can you please help?

If I need to reimage ios file to fiber switch, can you tell me how to?

Get a valid IOS file and put it into a USB thumb drive (max size 16 Gb, FAT16) and then force the switch to boot the file:  boot usbflash0:IOS_filename.bin

When you say connected to the serial port am I correct in understanding that you are connected to the console of the switch? If so, while connected to the console, power cycle the switch and post the complete output of the booting process.
