Switch WS-C3560X-xx cannot displayed in Cisco View

Hi,

ich became a Error Message, if i want to display the WS-C3560X-xx Switch in Cisco View. I use the new LMS 4.0.1 version and all Device Packages for Cisco View are updated.

The Error Message you can look in the Error_CV.bmp.

Have you confirmed the sysObjectID is as expected from one of the supported models? They are:

1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.1226

1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.1227

1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.1228

1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.1229

(snmpwalk is the easiest way to determine that.)

If CiscoWorks doesn't get the correct ID back via SNMP, it will not know what package to use and give the error message you are getting.
