I have a Hospital that is changing ownership and we are challenged to move all of the cameras and access control from one domain to another. isn't there a report that they could run that would give us the Mac Address, IP Address and the port number on the switch. it would be similar to the ARP table report.

Believe that can be obtained by (manually) combining ARP and MAC tables. Unfortunately, you would need to combine them, external to the Cisco devices, and ARP table only applies to the Cisco device as a host (doing a broadcast ping often goes far to populate the ARP table).
