Syslog reporting

When i try to generate a 24 hrs report from the syslog i comes with a blank page. The syslog is running etc. When i reboot the server everything will work for a day or two.

I have the same or a similar problem. I'm running RME 3.5 w/IDU 11 on a Solaris box.

When I bring up the 24 Hour Syslog reports, which I do everyday, about 1 time per week, many of the Custom Report Names aren't there. The screen isn't completely blank but doesn't have many entries on it.

A reboot seems to correct it...

There is a known issue where the internal purge options for syslog cause this to happen.

Please look at RME > Admin > Syslog Analysis > Change Storage Options > Purge Options. Is "Backup required" box checked? If it is, please uncheck it and see if that resolves the problem.
