A couple of ideas...

Are you attempting to write to a remote filesystem?

Have you checked that the permissions have not been altered?

Have you tried to unsubscribe and then resubscribe to the Collector (using GUI)?

I'm don't what's mean.

I try it ,but it doesn't work.

As I have try to stop syslog deamon

pdterm SyslogCollector SyslogAnalyzer

then restart

pdexec SyslogCollector SyslogAnalyzer

the log still has error.

try this :

net stop crmlog

net start crmlog

followed by

pdterm SyslogCollector SyslogAnalyzer

pdexec SyslogCollector SyslogAnalyzer

Send us the output of pdshow.

and  Collector.properties (NMSROOT/CSCOpx\MDC\tomcat\webapps\rme\WEB-INF\classes\C:\PROGRA~2\CS
COpx\MDC\tomcat\webapps\rme\WEB-INF\classes\com\cisco\nm\rmeng\csc\data)

try this :
