I have a trolley load of end of life switches, firewalls and access points that I was going to skip, but then heard there was a takeback and recycle program run by Cisco. has anyone used this program? is it available in the UK? I have raised 2 RFIs, one via web form and another on live chat but I haven't received a response in a month. I have found an online page to raise a return request, but it says not to complete it until you are ready to return the kit, but there is no informaion on what packaging is requires, who pays shipping and a whole host of other questions. any help gratefully received.

- Cisco isn't really effectively engaging into that , with a bit of searching you will find quicker and more effective solutions ; for instance : https://flux-it.co.uk/blog/post/sell-your-used-or-unwanted-cisco-switches

Cisco Takeback & Recycle Program is available worldwide. Cisco will send you the empty boxes, organize the pickups. Non-Cisco product is included.
Contact your Cisco Accounts Manager for more information.

Hello,
according to the FAQs, in the UK, you can use the 'Send it back mobile app'...
