Telemetry failure with Prime Infrastructure 3.8

Hello,

I have some issues with telemetry connection between my controller C9800-L-F-K9 (v. 17.3.2a) and my Prime Infrastructure 3.8.1 which have the last Device Pack. The controller appear in Prime but not AP which are C9120AXI-E (AP Discovery Status : "Not Yet Completed" and Telemetry Status : "Failed").

With a "show telemetry internal connection" in the controller there is nothing in output.

What is wrong ? What is the problem ?

Thanks

Is this bug public viewable ? Somehow my account gives a access denied

Maybe I'm also hitting the same bug. Can someone post the resolution here. Thanks.

 - Seems to be a general problem for the moment, can not enter 'global' bug search with the same error.

Hello,

this is a bit difficult to troubleshoot, since we don't know how you set up the connection between the controller and Prime.

You might want to have a look at the document linked below and check if you executed all the steps necessary...

Thanks for the replies.

My issue is not the same as the bug ID.

I have figured out need a local user account with read & write on the c9800, for Prime to use. Then it'll work.
