Temperature Monitoring

Hi Experts,

I have solarwinds orion in my org. Is there any way to monitor temperature of switches and routers using solarwinds??

Could you please provide the OIDs? or where can i find thses OID????

Take a look at the CISCO-ENVMON-MIB for the temp OID.

I have recently implemented temp OID, please find the detail below

ciscoEnvMonTemperatureStatusValue

OID: 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.13.1.3.1.3

Configure this in Solaris: 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.13.1.3.1.3.1

Note: Not all router/switch platform support this OID.

         eg: 2800 support with temp values in degree celcius

               but 1800 only give an output "OK" when command "sh env all" is issued in router.

               7200,6500 has support.
