Hi,

Is there any Tool to have a quick check for End-of-life and End-of-Support  for products ?

The WebEx teams Bot at https://apphub.webex.com/teams/applications/ciscoeol-cisco-systems should work. If you dont have a WebEx account you can create a free personal one and use the Bot that way. Its fully up to date and working with new features like CSV output etc now also.

Link works perfectly in Microsoft Edge internet browser. It does not work in Google Chrome.

Strange: I get a moving blue circle when I follow that link that never responds and yes I am logged into Webex.

And I tried two browsers..

The link has been updated byt the WebEx App Hub folk.

Tried to use this, but came into an endless loop...

                   - Use this link : https://cway.cisco.com/sncheck/

-- Each morning when I wake up and look into the mirror I always say ' Why am I so brilliant ? '
When the mirror will then always repond to me with ' The only thing that exceeds your brilliance is your beauty! '

Thank you - I used this already and it works well. Any tip for finding a page, where I can verify the running firmware / software release versus supported versions?

 - Supported versions will always remain available on the cisco software download site https://software.cisco.com/download/home for the particular model (if shown as available for download)

This tool (https://cway.cisco.com/sncheck/) is useless as it is not updated... everything i have tried so far does not give EoL dates as per published on cisco website, also SKU number search is whats needed. .

This link should be good https://apphub.webex.com/applications/ciscoeol-cisco-systems-92814-56619

However if the link changes (occationally the numbers at the end change) if you go to WebEx AppHub and search for CiscoEoL you should find it.
