Please can you confirm which tool is required for my client to gain a list of all the cisco products in his network and list whether they are under maintenance support or not? He would also like if possible information on security alerts for compliance within the same tool if possible. Today the client has Prime 3.4 and is currently upgrading to 3.7 however can you confirm if this tool will tell him the information he requires or if it just gives him serial numbers and we then need to take this to a team internally in Cisco to run a report? Or will CSPC collector show maintenance for each installed product and security info?
