Topology service cannot connect to Ani Server

When trying to open topology service I get a message that it cannot connect to the Ani Server. I have reset the ani process and still get the message. Everything else in campus manager seems to be working, but I am having trouble with ipm and ciscoview. I've attached screen shots of the message

First things first, you're using an unsupported browser. You should drop back to IE 6.0 or Mozilla 1.7. Also, please provide the Java Plug-in console output. How many IP addresses does this server have? What is the output of the command "pdshow ANIServer"?
