Topology services, path analysis and user tracking failed to load

Hi

We are running CiscoWorks LMS 2.2 with SP2 on Win 2000 Server SP3. Java plug-in version is 1.4.1_02, and

Campus Manager version 3.3.

When I click on Topology Services , the applet loads and it says "Connecting to ANI Server".It stops there. The following error is displayed on the Java

Note:

When I restart the services of CiscoWorks an error message is display on the log: "JRun Properties Dir: C:\PROGRA~1\CSCOpx\lib\jrun\jsm-cw2000\services\jse\properties"
